1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LIBRI (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (e.g., 13 in many regions) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the App with parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access certain features. Provide accurate and complete information.
• Credentials: Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notification: Notify us immediately at support@libri-app.info of any suspected unauthorised access.

4. Services & Content

LIBRI provides access to ebooks and related resources for Christian leaders (“Content”).

• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from the Content except as expressly permitted.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws, scrape data, or transmit malicious code.
• Interfere with App operation or security.
• Use the App to promote hate, harassment, or illegal activities.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; your use of them is subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” We disclaim all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Content is for educational purposes and is not professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransDev Lanka Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colombo for any disputes.
